Worth using a RB + HS macro or not?

I've been reading up on fury warriors, as i really enjoy playing one, and read on icy veins that during CS, HS should be cast as much as possible when you have sufficient rage.
So i tried a really simple macro, wich has both RB and HS in it and because HS if off the GCD, it works like a charm.
Downside is you spend 40 rage in 1 keypress wich seems a lot.

Any thoughts if using this macro is worth it, or does it have more downsides to it then it has upsides?

Edit: i should add that i do have still seperate keybinds for HS and RB.

Nope. Sometimes you dump RB outside of CS, as you do not want to be going into a BT with 2 RB charges.

Don't use it, you're just gimping yourself and will probably rage starve yourself all the time.

I suppose, hate cast sequence macros. I feel it locks you into a course of action that you may decide you want to abandon.
I generally prefer to CS -> RB -> BT -> SB -> RB.
If BT and CS crit, I have 2 stacks of RB, if I SB right after CS, I now have BT up again, but still 2 stacks of RB. I am forced to either delay BT or "waste" an RB stack.
If I dump an RB first, BT puts me back at two, I SB and RB, back to 1 stack, use 2nd RB outside CS.

Use Razer Naga type mouse, or something with similar side buttons.

Keyboard bind your main abilities (BT, RB, EXE, WS, WW)
Bind Heroic Strike to button 1 on your mouse.

So you can always press 2 abilities at the same time with ease. Macroing HS to an ability is never a good idea.

I can do it almost instantly manually, so it should work, right?

The problem with that is you will have virtually 0 rage if it goes off. You want to be very zelous when managing your rage and that will clean you out.
