If you spend real money on the arena do you receive the same reward you get from spending real money on a booster pack?

if you spend money to go into the arena, no matter how many wins you get you will get a booster pack (all boosters contain the same cards, arena packs arent 'better' than other ones, and the other way around) and either some amount of gold, or arcane dust.

If you get 7+ wins, you'll get at least 150 gold (arena price) the pack and either ore gold or some dust, and if you go 9 wins you will get a golden card or two boosters (for example 200 gold, 2 packs, or say 210 gold, a pack and a golden card)
