You can be as consistent as you want but being consistently high is better than consistently low. Saying talent choice is negligible because of RNG is just stupid. Would you rather have a DPS range of 320-350k or 330-350k? The lower result may often come out on top but there is a clear winner there.

DoC is certainly a weird talent when you are new to it, but after a while it just seems second nature. But outside of raid I used it as much as possible to get over it's
'clunkiness'. Still don't like it as much as HotW.
But higher dps is always niceeeee.
