Disorienting roar/Intimidating shout bug.

So disorienting roar is 10 yard range and shout is 8 yards yes?
Dueling my warrior friend
He stands max range for his fear (8 yards) uses it - i get feard - we then again stand 8 yards away from each other and i use disorienting roar and it doesnt hit him - also happening with any AOE fear that says 10 yards...posted this on the bug forums. No response..

The tooltips are wrong...Disorienting roar DOESNT hit people in 10 yards and intimidating shout hits people further than 8 yards..so no its not lag
