DW, DK dps Issues

Hey guys I am pulling my hair out at the moment with my DK.

Basically I ave decided to go DW since I have better 1 hand weapons than my 2hand.

My DK is at 540 ilevel (see below)

The main problem is my dps for the past month has been 135 k dps average on each fight, now I think for my ilevel it should be much better. After getting sick of dw I went back to 2hand trying Crit build and also haste/strength but its even lower!!.

I just don't know what to do now on the verge of leaving this guy and re-rolling.

I've played this class since WOTLK but I cant seems to do anything to increase my dps more.

DW - Rotation

Frost Fever Blood Plague Maintain at all times.
Frost Strike with Killing Machine or if RP will cap.
Soul Reaper Frost on target below 35% Health.
Howling Blast with Rime or to refresh Frost Fever
Frost Strike to dump RP.
Obliterate with >= 1 Unholy Runes.
Howling Blast to dump Frost and Unholy runes.

2hand - Rotation

Frost Fever Blood Plague Maintain at all times.
Soul Reaper Frost on target below 35% Health.
Howling Blast with Rime or to refresh Frost Fever
Obliterate with Killing Machine.
Frost Strike with 0 Frost Runes or to dump RP.
Obliterate with 2 Blood, Frost, or Unholy Runes.

Atm I don't have any logs just wondering if there is someone at MMO Champion that will lend me hand with this.
