WW or ENH for 5.4 pvp? looking for opinions.

i might be coming back to wow and im looking to see if i should play my main enh shaman or continue leveling my WW monk. I originally stop playing enh because you always had to be on edge when it came to survivability.... especially after pvp power nerfing maelstrom healing. However dat ascension burst :3 also pretty alright sustained.

With WW it seems like its a better version of enh in many aspects. Now i dont know this personally as its been awhile since ive played mop but from forum posts and videos look like they just do better sustained, better healing, have better mobility, better cc, and better self utility. The only thing they seem to lack is raid utility and slower burst.

Should i swap? what do you guys think?
