Hey everyone, we continue to see a higher number of tickets coming in regarding persistent account locks. These appear to be happening more frequently when a player attempts to access their account from a mobile device (logging into our sites, or using the mobile armory app). If this happens to you, please try resetting the password from the device that incurred the lock, as that will likely prevent further such issues.
