I blew my nose and a lot, I mean a whole lot, of these little loose chunks came out. They look like little pieces of granola or something. It didn't hurt or anything and I wouldn't have even noticed it, had I not looked at the tissue. I blew my nose a couple again and had the same result, anyone know what's going on?
I feel perfectly fine, but this has never happened before. I quite literally just ate a sandwich right before blowing my nose, could it be that pieces of the bread (it kind of looked like chewed up bread) were caught in my esophagus or something? Should I be concerned?
