Anyone Feel the Hierloom Items from Garrosh are way to rare?

Yah I get it they are supposed to be special but I mean come on.... 1% drop rates or less?

at those odds you could be farming garrosh for month and months and not see a single heirloom...

I understand the carrot on a stick but at some point the carrot dangles way to far to even see it.

No, OP is assuming that the droprate is 1% or less.. on my server ive seen multiple people with them so I guess its not 1% hehe

Ive done Garrosh 4 times on 3 chars, noone won an heirloom.. so 0/100 from my observations, not including bonus rolls.

edit. apparently you cant get them from bonus coins. didnt know that. thanks.

You can't coin the heirlooms afaik, our 25man got 3 last night. Think I read the droprate to be 5% but not sure. The weps should be considered bonus anyways.

Our 25man guild has killed Garrosh 4 times now. 1st time we got 2 weapons, 2nd time 4 and haven't got a single weapon after that. So for us it's like 6/100=6% drop chance.

Rare? Man, you'll be farming that bastard for the next 9 months AT THE VERY LEAST, more likely 10-12. You'll get 2 of everything, for every alt ever created and then some.

1 or 2 of our 10 man team has 1 each.

1 has 3! (3 in a row as well from the last 3 resets).

The rest have 0 we've been killing Garrosh since week 1 - they don't seem too bad but they could have maybe done it another way - Loot 1 coin a week from Garrosh turn in 5 for an heirloom etc.

We have exactly zero credible info about the release date of next xpac, and previous final tiers ran for almost a year each, so... yeah.

I thought that from the one Blizzard post that they would always drop the first one that is for your current spec and then a random one after. So not only that but they are also chance drops =/

We have over 6 months left until the next expansion, plenty of time to obtain one for your main and a couple for your alts. Especially since you have two chances a week, one in flex and one in normal/heroic.

Also the numbers on WoWhead shouldn't be trusted yet, 430 kills isn't even close to a large enough number to get a good estimation of what the drop-rate is.
