I'm at the point of not wanting to Overclock anymore. So i was wondering this. If i would buy a Xeon, will it handle gaming ok? i've read articles but I still would want the opinion of ya guys and gals.

As far as Xeons... they handle gaming as well as any similar CPU. A 4670K will beat any non-OC xeon, and usually cheaper doing it.
