We are looking for:

550+ ilvl -- We are not looking to gear someone up and play catch up.
Similar exp and performance -- Kills are not required, but logs showing experience with similar heroic progression and consistent gameplay are preferential.
History of raiding, no history of guild hopping -- we are looking for someone who is committed to raiding through the entire tier and beyond, someone who is looking for a new home and not just a way to get gear.
