Idk, even to what Simcraft says during certain situations. It just doesn't make sense when there's a crit banner down, you have 4 embers and you have lets say, a 20 second expanded mind proc, and dark soul on single target.

maybe with the 9% +critdmg from imerseus + critbanner, but shadowburn is way easyer to push and can be done while walking (+ you can get 3-4 out while buffs are active)

also shadowburns can give you good mana regeneration meaning that you can spam more fel flames on bosses like thok in final stages

While casting chaos bolt, you're regenerating mana as well. Originally Posted by ace777
