Red face When to Buy/Build ?

Hey everyone, I have been deciding whether or not to build a gaming computer for Elder Scrolls Online. I always look at the monthly computer set ups posted, do research etc. Here in the U.S Thanksgiving is coming up soon, and with it Black Friday. I need to know when the best time to Buy/Build a PC is, when you can get quality parts for a better price. Does Black Friday apply to Amazon where many of the computer set ups of the months come from? Or should I wait during the December holidays for discounted prices etc?

    What I need answered:

    - Are there, will there be special holiday sales?

    - When is the best time of year to buy quality parts for a discounted price due to holidays.

    - Quality/Trustworthy brands to look for.

I am trying to spend no more than 850.00 USD.

Thanks in advance! Happy holidays! Have fun gaming!

Black friday is the main tech day (or cyber monday following it. They really need a new name for that >.<) to buy stuff. There's no way to tell what exactly will be on sale, until just a day or two before, when ads are leaked. Usually though, Black Friday sales fall into two categories. Super cheap stuff (You can build a super budget system on nearly nothing), or ridiculously expensive stuff (That $4000 tv is only 3000!).

Midrange tech parts rarely get marked down much, because that doesn't get people shopping, however there is often decent deals. It's only a month and change off, so it may well be worth waiting.
