very good job. these people are the worst of the worst on our planet. a lord like this is responsible for more innocent deaths than any other kind of criminal.
if it were me, i'd full on go to war with these cartels and such. any members would be killed outright, no trial or jury, just end it. people like this do not deserve to live.
