Also, forgotten her name but there's a female gnome death knight in Icecrown who seems like a pink-haired badass.
Her name is darkrider Arly, if im not mistaken.

Also, Kinndy Sparkshine from Tides of war would've been a prominent gnome in terms of power, but...

theres not really any notable gnomes weak or strong in lore at all.

    theres less than a handful.

gnomes in general are strong because of their tech making up for their physical or magical weaknesses.

gnomes are probably the biggest race in need of new lore, even though they show up alot theres never really any character development for them or any thing of substantial worth in their character besides "shut up lemme talk about some stuff you dont understand now go use this thingamabob"

People who bury people alive scare me. Even if the buried was a murderer.

Why would anyone be even remotely surprised by this? The first instance of him is in the Arcatraz, and the Naaru (ultimate beings of good) didn't lock people up for no reason. On a side note, he was obviously powerful enough that celestial beings intervened to stop him.

Except A'Dal himself told us he was placed there by mistake in the Tempest Keep key questline. So either A'Dal is a straight polygonal liar who has an ulterior motive for releasing an evil gnome, or he was completely ineptly incompetent on why Millhouse was in there to begin with.

EDIT: Read the quest, he was there by coincidence, otherwise A'dal did not know he was evil

Windle Sparkshine? He powers Dalaran's street lamps... so that's powerful!

More serious, Jinky Wingnut. She has some sort of injection that instantly applies the curse of the flesh to gnomes.

The thing is, gnomes are more powerful than most people give them credit for, they look silly and tend to accidentally blow things up which leads to them being severely underestimated. Their magical and technological abilities are formidable.

Niby the almighty of course, which apparently was named after a player that allegedly was first to use the warlock pets to bomb the AH. (just google it, it was hilarious).

Also Narain Soothfancy, because he is actually Neil Patrick Harris (as played in starship troopers, I forget the characters name). Where he tells us the giant insect alien is afraid. And so does narain in tanaris.

Then you have the AQ scepter chain he was involved with ofc.
