Kait has made an eclipse bar i weakauras.
You can see it in a video he posted on youtube. I cant link it but you can find it by googling: "Kait: Eclipse, a Moonkin UI"
In the video description there are links to his files.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UccpT9ZBgY8 is the YouTube link.
Posting to say two things:
1)KAIT'S WORK WITH WEAK AURAS IS BEAUTIFUL and amazingly in depth. Not to mention the rest of the UI's designed.
2)When I copied Kait's LUA files and copy/pasted them as my own, the eclipse bar wasn't showing up EXACTLY how it is in the video. For me, though it still tracks the lunar and solar powers as well as eclipses perfectly, doesn't keep the black background of the empty side of the eclipse bar. Also, the little arrow pointing which direction the power was going was not an arrow at all.
All this could be, and probably, is due to the fact that I only used the Weak Aura LUA files, and not the entire UI as offered.
That being said - IT WORKS SO AMAZINGLY WELL AND LOOKS STUNNING TO BOOT!
Thanks for the nice comments :-) Glad you like it.
Here is the little arrow graphic if you still need it.

I think I had images like this in a folder in Addons called "KaitMedia". The link/URL in WeakAuras might still need adjusting if it doesn't work.
This is a WeakAuras 1 string of the Eclipse stuff if that's more useful:

The missing backgrounds will be because I had it sort of interlocked with Stuf unit frames (as you can see in the video). To make backgrounds (/boxes or lines and stuff) with Stuf, you use a spare text and make the text string be just a single space (i.e. press the spacebar and click ok when in the text field) then set the text background to an opaque colour (the default is transparent). Finally adjust the size, position and frame level of it.
