    25 man:
    Protectors
    Immerseus
    Norushen
    Galakras
    Iron Juggernaut
    .
    .
    .
    Sha
    Dark Shamans
    Nazgrim
    .
    .
    .
    Spoils
    Malkorok
    .
    .
    Thok

I have not done pulls on Siegecrafter, Klaxxi, or Garrosh heroics yet. Everything up to Thok is pretty easy mechanically. Even Thok is easy, it's just a big cooldown coordination check.

    10 man

    Galakras
    Norushen
    Immerseus
    Protectors
    Sha
    Iron Jugg
    Nazgrim
    Dark shams
(first 8 are so close so doing them in order is the best thing you can do)
    Malkorok
Spoils (easier than Malk with gear)
    Thok (gear check)
    Paragons
    Garrosh (gear check)
    Siegecrafter

IMO 10 man heroic easiest to hardest

    Norushen
    Protectors
    Immerseus

No experience on any others (yet)

    10 man

    Norushen
    Immerseus
    Galakras
    Protectors
    Sha
    Jugger
    Dark Shamans
Nazgrim (Only reason that he's after Shamans is cause we have triggerhappy dps)
Spoils (Gets stupidly easy with gear, would rank it even easier but it aint that easy with entrylevel gear)
    Malk
    Thok
    Paragons
    Siegecrafter

Still working on Garrosh but so far he looks more like a brutal gearcheck than anything else, and in that case he'd probably be ranked before Siegecrafter.

10man Heroic difficulty (easiest to hardest)
    Norushen
    Immerseus
    Protectors
    General Nazgrim
    Sha of Pride
    Galakras
    Iron Juggernaut
    Kor'kron Dark Shamans
    Malkorok
    Spoils of Pandaria
    Thok the Bloodthirsty
    Paragons
    Siegecrafter
    Garrosh

    Norushen (2 wipes)
    Protectors (ca. 10 wipes)
    Immerseus (8 wipes)
Sha of Pride (8 wipes, 0,5% wipe on 5th pull)
    Galakras (12 wipes)
    Iron Juggernaut (9 wipes)
    Dark Shaman (10-15 wipes)
    General Nazgrim (10-15 wipes)
    Spoils of Pandaria (16 wipes)
    Malkorok (25-30 wipes)

I only do 2 days a week, but this is what I feel like, a boss like Immerseus is extremely easy, but it's kind of like Jin'rokh in that it's easy for a couple of people to die to personal errors, the harder part starts on Malkorok, while the fight isn't that hard, there is a DPS check and it's easy for people to fuck up. Spoils could honestly be placed further down, we could have killed it on half the amount of pulls but one group was slower than the other

2 days a week? that sounds like my guild..

I would say for 10 man

    Norushen>Protectors>Pride>Immerseus>Galakras=Nazgrim>Iron Jug>Shamans>Malk from personal experience.

Immerseus just has so many things that can wipe a raid due to one person screwing up, Protectors is a heal check in entry level gear(healed in my os at 530ilvl at the time, but lolshamanstackedfight), Norushen it pretty easy in general, stack and heal send your best dps down first once they are all purified just dealing with one add every 10% is extremely simple.

Bump Bump, we downed Immersius in 3, and Protectors in 10 last night, we are thinking norushen, then skipping sha to move to galakras or even jugg and nazgrim thoughts?

Honestly I would not skip sha. Do them in order. Of the ones you mentioned Galakras is the easiest.

For 10m, they're basically linear. The first 8 are all easy enough that it's not worth differentiating them. Even people just now progressing on them should be able to get more than 1 new heroic kill per week, so no reason to skip around. The remaining 6 are almost linear just with Paragons being a bit easier than Blackfuse.

The only weird jumps are Norushen (really easy both before and after nerfs) to Sha (somewhat challenging; still took us barely 10 attempts though) and Blackfuse to Paragons (Paragons definitely easier).

    Immerseus
    Protectors
    Norushen
    Galrakas
    Iron Juggernaut (if 7-heal cheesing)
    Sha of Pride
Nazgrim (fight basically kills itself if people don't get hit by Shockwaves)
Malkorok with BrM tank (for Blood Rage cheese)
    Dark Shamans
    Spoils of Pandaria
    Thok the Bloodthirsty

and that's as far as I've gotten, although the consensus seems to be Paragons > Garrosh > Siegecrafter in terms of difficulty.
Current candidates for WoD - Brewmaster Monk, Guardian Druid, Protection Paladin.
Still keeping an eye on - Windwalker Monk, Mistweaver Monk, Feral Druid.

Any tank class can "cheese" blood rage in 10H.

Too bad the OP said nothing at all about 10 man and explicitly said 25 man.

Would figure the same to be true in 25 man as you can stack insane amounts of external cds on the tank.
