Hello there!

We're Alea Iacta Est, a 10 man heroic raiding guild on the alliance side of the Hellfire Realm. We have been around the game in different constellations since the early days of The Burning Crusade. During WOTLK and Cataclysm we raided on a casual basis. For MoP we decided to switch it up a notch, and since we officially went from casual to a more of a hardcore approach we have managed to get realm first on all of the heroic end bosses, including:

Will of the Emperor
Shek'zeer
Sha of Fear
Lei Shen
Ra-den

Raid times, all realm time, CET:
Monday 19.30-23.00
Tuesday 19.30-23.00
Wednesday 19.30-23.00
Sunday 19.30-23.00

Currently we are interested in a rogue and/or warrior with dps OS, although most DPSclasses would be considered. What we want from a new player is the usual stuff: Attend close to all raids. Stable connection. No dramah. Geared for the content (550+ ilvl and legendary cloak). Working microphone and the ability to communicate well (we use mumble). No slack on coins, consumables, valors. And the ability to play your class like a god.

As a member the guild provide you with repairs, consumables (flasks+pots), noodles, gems and enchant

For dividing loot we use a lootcouncil system where we put the items where we believe they will benefit the guild's progression in the most optimal way.
