I use one of these, picked it up with in a combo deal with a saws all, I think the whole thing was 180 bucks on amazon.
Both devices are fantastic and will last me forever.
If you insist on being super freaking cheap then just buy a quality corded drill, there really isn't a huge reason to be cordless other then convenience. You can get good corded drills cheaply.
