No Sound on Kraken 7.1

My old headset died and I needed to look for a new one, and after looking around got the Kraken 7.1. But there is no sound. I even downloaded synapse. Nothing. Has anyone else had this problem?

Same here. I got the Kraken a few months ago and the sound worked for maybe two hours and then just went quiet no matter what I did.
I couldn't find the receipt so Razer refused to help me, trying to stay away from their products now.

@OP Make sure you've uninstalled your old headset's software and drivers. I had a Logitech headset that died, and I bought a pair of the Corsair Vengaence 2000. Plugged 'em in, nothing at all. Uninstalled the driver and software, uninstalled old Logitech driver and software, reinstalled Corsair stuff, and it worked perfectly.
