    Garrosh help (sound)

Okay, so our guild finally made it to Garrosh normal this week. I missed the attempts on Garrosh in flex earlier due to work, so this was my first night there and I play with game sound on.

That f&*^ing constant heartbeat noise is driving me batshit crazy.

I need to know, excluding turning game sound off, if there is a way to make it stop. I thought that perhaps it was an ambient sound but I disabled that and it did nothing. Do I need an add-on for this, or can it be done in-game?

Thank you for any suggestions you have.

Probably the only way is to find out what the soundfile is called, and create an empty soundfile with the same name in the wow data folder, which will make the game use the empty soundfile instead of the fully functional soundfile. It's how addons like this one works: http://www.wowinterface.com/download...WoWSounds.html

I looked into it and I suppose those are the Sound Files:

    Sound\DOODAD\FX_OGRaid_HeartOfYsarj_HeartBeat_loop_Full.OGG
    Sound\DOODAD\FX_OGRaid_HeartOfYsarj_HeartBeat_loop_Full_NoChains.OGG

Hmmm. okay so I find those sound files and then just make empty folders with the same name?
