Looks good! Only change I would make is change the Mobo to possibly an Asrock Extreme 4, and use the money saved to grab a H80i. Also don't get the 270x over a 7950. No sense downgrading to the same card but with a 256 bit bus and only 2gb of Vram.

The key differences between my build and flens' are in the GPU, case, cooler and PSU. Yes, ti's over $1000, but I think in the medium-term, that'll be perfect for when those games undergo overhauls. And for a little more than the 7950 should be perfect. Cooler leaves something to be desired, though.

well the 270x (the oc´ed cards)i s actually ahead of the 7950 in some games and i couldnt find a 7950 for under 240$ yesterday, might have changed again. if so, well yeah, go for a 7950 and overclock it, my suggestion was only based on the price tag while having almost same performance give or take ~4 fps.
