3D Vision Games

I think 3D Vision just blows away non-3D gameplay whatsoever. After playing a few games in 3D there is just no turning back to 2D. Of course 3D requires much better computer configuration, but I think 3D with poor graphics is generally so much better than 2D with excellent graphics, and 3D with excellent graphics is just incredible, for those who can afford it.

The games that I've played in 3D and that I'll never play again in 2D: Mass Effect series, Dragon Age Origins, Fallout: New Vegas, Battlefield 2: Bad Company, Battlefield 3, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. All these games looked amazing in 3D, especially Mass Effect and Battlefield 3. Not much details to say, you just have to try it to find out how amazing it is.

So, what do you guys think about 3D Vision? Which games, if any, do you play with it on? Do you find the experience as thrilling as I do, or is it nothing special for you?

Eh, it's interesting. Not as fanatic about it as some might. Still happy with just a 1080p monitor and a good gpu.

Well, I was pretty skeptical about it and considered 3D equipment shipped with my laptop as a pleasant bonus. But, really, it makes gaming experience so much better. Especially FPS games start feeling like you are not just playing, but actually running around with your gun.

Can't stand it for anything actiony. It's not bad for RTS games, something a lot of static images or even other strategy games like Civilization V. It's just annoying in shooters to me though.

I have a pair of those glasses, but I find the out-of-place looking UI elements to be weird. But, I really should use them when I want an immerse single-player experience.

I don't use the 3D often, but when I do I drink Dos Equis. I've played WoW in 3D and it actually wasn't bad..I don't play any shooters so I can't really talk to that. Batman: Arkham City is stunning in 3D. There's a pool game on Steam right now that looks pretty awesome on it, bought it last night but I was way too stoned and got a headache. It's like yahoo pool from the old days on steroids.

I'd also like to note that I really don't like those nvidia glasses that are in the picture. They are too boxy, hinder your vision too much, and also really fuck with your frame of reference when the room is dark. I have to literally tilt my head 45 degrees down to look at my keyboard when I have them on, pretty gay. Other than that, they are very functional and hold charge for a verrry long time which is sweet.

Edit: And to answer what is really on your mind: porn is marginally better.
