Rank the heroic bosses you've killed in SoO according to their difficulty for you
I've only killed 2 so for me it is Fallen protectors-Immerseus from hard to easier

Siegecrafter
Paragons
Garrosh
The rest dont matter.
10 man easiest to hardest IMO
Norushen <--bar far the easiest, 3 shot him with first attempt wiping at 1% due to enrage. 0 new mechanics to learn
Immersues
Protectors
Galakaras/Jugger
General Nazgrim
Sha
Shaman
Blizzard did a pretty good job of keeping them in order of difficulty already. Just progress through as normal and you should be good.
7/14H 10 man in personal experience easiest to hardest (so basically # of wipes per boss minus stupid wipes):
Norushen
Fallen Protectors
Immerseus
Galakras
Nazgrim
Sha (we got this relatively easy for whatever reason...)
Iron Juggernaut
I'd say that each guild will probably have their own experiences, some fights just suit different guilds differently.
From what I've done on 25 man I personally think it's
Immerseus
Iron Juggernaut *
Fallen Protectors
Galakaras
Norushen **
Sha of Pride
Dark Shaman
Nazgrim
*Iron Juggernaut: Seriously, If you have the dps for protectors with a sane amount of healers you could 8 or 9 heal IJ and beat the enrage while not really having to worry about any coordination beyond stacking survival CD's. We had our best dps swap to an alt healer and it made a night and day difference and a boring easy kill.
**Norushen: Probably the boss that gets the easiest with increased gear though, so may be a good bet before Galakaras for guilds just now getting to it
The kill order we did was 1,2,3,5,6,4,7,8. Had clean attempt enrage wipes on Protectors and Norushen, since then dps has scaled so well with gear that there's a lot of leeway with strats and execution, hoping Malkorok gives up some performance pressure this week though.

I do think that you'll be pretty safe just following the order, though obviously different groups will have different issues which some bosses may accentuate. However there are a few bosses whose mechanics can be entirely trivialised with the right strategy. The ones that stand out are Dark Shamans with the three tank three heals strategy and Iron Juggernaut where you three heal and then allow yourself to remain knocked back during the siege phase.
Spoils of Pandaria I'd say is a fight where gear will make it ridiculously easy, Norushen would also be similar (though to be fair, it's generally an easy fight even if you don't out gear it).
My experience on 25 heroic that I've done
Immerseus (basic)
Fallen Protectors (interrupt, phase Sun and He at the same time, move with sha sear, win)
Iron Juggernaut (Just sit 200 yards away during the siege mode)
Galakras (Nothing too hard)
General Nazgrim (Tuned harder than Galakras but not complicated)
Norushen (Tough DPS check and tons of adds to control)
Sha of Pride (Lots going on)
Dark Shamans (Getting the melee group to not die takes practice)
Malkorok (Tuned pretty tough)
10/14hc in 10man now.
I would rank them so far as:
norushen
galakras (both got nothing new to the fight, and are just about keeping a cool head and do your job)
immerseus
general
sha
shamans
malkorok
spoils
Now on thok, and so far this has shown incredibly more difficult then the previous fights.
Can only imagine the next ones to be harder. Prob from what I read, siegecrafter-paragons-garrosh.
We're 10/14 in with two nights worth of pulls on Thok.
From easiest to hardest in my opinion:
Norushen
Shamans(3tanking)
Immerseus
Galakras
Malkorok
Protectors
Nazgrim
Juggernaut
Sha
Spoils
Thok
Spoils would've probably been easier if we had some of our better suited dps attend, we'll see how the first rekill goes this reset.
As for Thok, after 8hours of banging our heads against it with no real progress it feels like it'll never go down.
Haven't tried the last two yet.
Hardest (gaps in the list denote large jumps in subjective difficulty):
Siegecrafter (by far)
Thok
Malkorok
Dark Shaman
Spoils
Sha of Pride
Galakras
Fallen Protectors
Iron Juggernaut
General Nazgrim
Norushen
Immerseus
Can't speak for garrosh (only gotten to second intermission) but so far:
Paragons>Siege>Thok>Spoils>Malkorok>Dark Shamans>Sha of Pride>Nazgrim>Juggernaut>Galakras>Protectors>Norushen>Immerseus.
This is considering our first kills where we were undergeared, though - a great deal of the bosses back then were dps checks (like Nazgrim).
25 HC.
From easiest to hardest
- Immerseus
- Norushen
- Protectors
- Sha of Pride
- Iron Juggernaut
- Galakras
- General Nazgrim
- Kor'kron the Dark Shaman
- Malkorok
- Spoils of Pandaria
- Thok
- Paragons of the Klaxxi
- Siegecrafter Blackfuse
- Garrosh Hellscream
<Novum Genus> - Tarren Mill Horde
With spoilers (time taken to learn/kill):
(1shot)
Protectors
Immerseus
Norushen
Galakras
Iron Jugg
General Nazgrim
Spoils of Pandaria
Dark Shamans
Sha of Pride
Malkorok
Thok
Siegecrafter
Garrosh Hellscream
Paragons of the Klaxxi
(many longass pewls)
I'd just bundle imm, prot, noru, sha, galak, and general naz to easy tier.
Jugg, shamans to med tier.
Malkorok and onward hard tier.
Immersius, Protectors, Norushen, Galakras
Sha, Iron Juggernaut, 3 tank Dark Shamans, Nazgrim (And sha is probably the easiest of these 4, not sure what gives people trouble.)
Malkorok and Spoils
Thok
Paragons (still haven't killed them, might put it the same as blackfuse if we wipe a couple hundred times)
Siegecrafter
Garrosh (Still no US 10 man kills)
@ The poster above me. The difficulty jump between Malkork / Spoils to Thok is pretty big, and from Thok or Blackfuse it's another big jump.
Don't know why ppl asses Shamans as that hard. 10man-wise 3 tanking/3 healing makes it's like one of easiests encounters in this tier. Juggernaut is also easy it only requires proper managment of raid cds. Imo Norushen>Jugger>Shamans>Nazgrim (really nothing happens here if u 3 heal and have good dps)>Immersus>Protectors>Galakras>Sha
