im pretty sure back in cata they said they dont like 5lvl expansions, probably just had to fix it in MOP

They can easily change that to 95, it's not like it would affect anything by changing it.

They won't, X5 as a max level was unpopular, the only reason MoP increased by 5 too was because it needed to be brought back to the X0 pattern.
