Has anyone else noticed since the nerf to fulmination procing from damaging attacks against you has really made it unnoticable in arenas. I get the procs but it takes for ever now I am too busy stop casting to get rid of instant lava bursts for pressure. Running elemental blast helps a little due to the fact you gain mastery and you gain a charge from eb as well. But eb is just too easy to counter
