Memory is a new and emerging raiding Horde guild on Draenor. The guild is founded by a group of friends for the purpose of creating and maintaining a guild capable of competitive progress, while also having a fun and pleasant atmosphere among its members.
Each player currently in the guild has a wealth of experience from old content starting in Vanilla up to current tier of raiding and we consider every player new or veteran a real asset to the guild.
With that wealth of experience, we can offer you a stable, consistent and competitive guild environment that is capable of tackling the most difficult raid content the game has to offer at a decent pace.
Requirements
- Activity: 90% attendence is desired. Long periods of inactivity or absence during progess will result in your raid spot being lost to a more active member. Standard progress & raid days are Wednesday-Thursday-Monday 19:00-22:00 (CET).
- Skill: You must be confident playing your class, both with regards to optimizing your dps/healing/tanking performance and in terms of functioning in a team. We expect you to be familiar with typical raid mechanics such as moving out of fires and using your cooldowns appropriately.
- Stable playing environment: You must have a stable internet connection with a stable computer, if you have a history of frequent disconnects or game crashes we recommend that you fix those before applying. Periods of instability will severely impact your trial period and you may be replaced on progress periods if it occurs then.
- Communication: You need to be able to both listen and talk on TeamSpeak. Whether you are unsure about an aspect of a encounter or want to suggest something you must speak up. You also need to be able to handle and respond to any (and at times extremely fierce) criticism.
- Social intelligence: We spend a lot of time together talking, joking and raiding, and for everyone to be able to have a good time it is important that you know how to interact with other people without causing any tension or drama.
