There are many guilds that will follow the method of keeping people around just so they have fill when one person is out. Or they will go on mass recruitment drives just to keep other guilds from gaining members and possibly surpassing them.

Are you stuck in your guild's "B" group? Even worse are you in a guild with so many members and multi color themed groups that you could not possibly know every member?

If you are ready to make a difference and SEE all the content that the main group is seeing then JOIN the main group.

We are an 8 year old guild that recruits solely for the main and ONLY raid group. You will not be kept around simply to fill a spot on off nights. You will not be kept around simply to fill the guild coffers with gold yet never be offered raid content until it is irrelevant as many of the guilds that I mentioned before will only offer you.

We are seeking MAIN raiders to help push progression and be the best that we can be.

We are not looking for clickers and keyboard turners. Some simple requirements must be met before we would consider inviting you to guild. We are building for better.

Had a nice two hour clear through shamans last night. Still pugging a player now and then as we accept even one day raiders and work with them.

We currently have a weds-thurs opening opposite our ret pally who can only run tuesdays.

Picked up a resto druid who has not played since ICC. He can only raid on our progression nights and not our farm bosses. He is below 500 ilvl and working on it. I think he will be just fine once we get some gear on his shoulders.

Is there anyone else reading these forums that finds themselves in the same shoes as him? We will accept players with one or two day availability that meshes with our raid hours and we will work with them if they are a good fit.

With the announcement that ten man guilds will be getting screwed out of the most challenging content with the next patch we are looking towards plussing our membership to accommodate a solid 20 person group.

We are an 8 year old guild that has seen all that wow has to offer each expansion. Sometimes in normal and often in heroic. We reside on a PVE server and are alliance. The majority of us are adult players.

We are not completely casual but do have members that raid even as little as one day a week which we rotate in and out of the group as they need.

Raids are currently tues-thurs 8-10pm EST. Our schedule also includes optional sunday/monday play if the group is willing and feels we are behind.
