Glyph of Storm Your Lightning Bolt now appears as a streak of lightning from the sky.
Glyph of Eruption For Elemental and Restoration. Your Lava Burst now appears to blast lava from underneath the target.
Glyph of Enhanced Weapons For Enhancement and Elemental. Weapons imbued with Windfury now appear to glow with lightning. Weapons imbue with Flametongue now appear to drip with lava.
Glyph of the Spirit Animal Your Ghost Wolf form is changed depending on race. Raptors for trolls. Direwolves for Orcs. Rams for Dwarves. Plainstriders for Tauren. Talbuks for Draenei. Crabs for Goblin. Turtles for Pandaren.
Glyph of Weathering Your Shield spells now look different. Lightning Shield causes a dark cloud that periodically zaps with lightning to appear overhead. Water Shield causes a white cloud to periodically shower you with a drizzle of rain, appear overhead. Earth Shield causes a light brown cloud to periodically release dust and sand, appear overhead. Grants the abilities Lightning Storm, Rain Storm, and Dust Storm. Damaging an enemy with Lightning shield, as well as regaining mana with Water Shield, or consuming and being healed by a charge of Earth Shield, to trigger the new graphic effect.
Glyph of Red Lightning Your Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, Lightning Shield, and Thunderstorm now use Red Lightning.
Glyph of Ascended Spirits Grants the ability to shift into a Spirit Owl, granting the ability to fly. Changes based on location and mount speed.

2 minor Rogue glyphs : Ice pick grip main hand, ice pick grip offhand hand. Can use both at the same time.

Holds your weapons backwards. Offers no combat advantage, purely cosmetic.

Glyph of deadly poison bomb:
Replaces your smokebomb with a deadly poison bomb. Enemies inside the area will no longer be obscured, instead they will be contaminated with deadly poison whilst they remain inside the cloud.

^much more useful for pve, but still underpowered. Has potential to be an ability in its own right.

I've come up with three more mage glyphs:

Mage

Glyph of Juggling Fireballs: Every now and then, while you are idle, your character will juggle with fireballs.
Glyph of the Floating Tome: Every now and then, while you are idle, your character will summon a tome to read or one that will float around him.
Glyph of Freezing Mist: Every now and then, while you are idle, freezing mist will swirl around your character, freezing any unfortunate critter nearby.
