The definition of Virtuosity, accurately describes what we are about.

Virtuosity is a new 10 man guild with a hardcore approach towards raiding and playing World of Warcraft in general.

Our guild consists of few members from previous high-end guilds, including ranked 2nd 10 man on Kazzak <DND> before disbanding.

We're currently at the stage of recruiting people, so that we can start raiding and hopefully clear content on heroic difficulty before next expansion release. Our aim is to retrieve our rank and climb up even higher.

Our raiding times:

Monday 20:00 - 0:00
Wednesday 20:00 - 0:00
Thursday 20:00 - 0:00
Sunday 20:00 - 0:00

These 4 raids mentioned above are mandatory raids which we require 100% attendance for. We also tend to add extra raids on Tuesday and Friday in case people are hungry for progression, although, that is completely optional.

Loot is distributed by a Loot Council system superior to anything else out there, it's usually going to people who benefit the most from the upgrade, or people who will be in on a certain progress fight.

As for the guild itself, we are a bunch of players having a rather chilled approach to everything including raiding, we joke a lot and have tons of laughs while keeping it cool and focused during progression.

Our requirements are rather strict, we're looking for hardcore players only, capable of pushing their performance to the limits and keeping 100% attendance during progression on mandatory raids (We understand this is not possible in some occasions, but we hope you would provide adequate notice if this is the case).
We expect you to have complete knowledge and understanding of your class, and hopefully a viable offspec.

We're recruiting:

Tanks - Monk with highest priority / DK / Druid / Warrior.

Healers - Shaman / Monk / Paladin. A healer with a strong DPS offspec is even better.

Ranged DPS - Mage / Warlock / Hunter / Shadow priest / Elemental Shaman.

Melee DPS - Rogue / Monk / Enhancement Shaman
