Is it possible to watch the announcement of the new expansion via a free stream or something? I remember I watched the announcement of MoP without having to buy a ticket or something. Thanks!

The pre-show is live but my sound is very low and there isn't any video. Anyone else with the same issue?
Edit: I tried to put subs on and the video appeared and the sound is normal now.
