Kinetic is a semi-hardcore 10-man guild on the US-Alexstrasza server. We have been around since mid WotLK, and are looking for a couple good players to complement our existing core and help us push heroic modes in Siege. We currently have core spots available for one healer and one DPS.

Raiding Schedule (all times EST):
Tuesday: 9:30p - 1:00a
Wednesday: 9:30p - 1:00a
Thursday: 9:30p - 1:00a

All Applicants Must:
- Have access to, and willingness to use a microphone during raids as necessary.
- Have a stable internet connection.
- Be willing to contribute actively to heroic progression, e.g. reading up on boss mechanics ahead of time, and researching class-specific tips for upcoming fights.

Other information:
- We provide flasks, food, and guild repairs.
- As there isn't much overlap in a 10 man, we use a free roll system for loot - however, our players understand that tier and other key items go to those who get the most benefit from them. We believe that killing bosses is more important than collecting purples, so if you're only looking to raid for loot we're probably not the guild for you.
- We run a weekly flex guild run. If you'd like an idea of our raid environment, we highly suggest that you come along and see what we're about. No one wants to put the money out for a transfer only to find they're stuck with people they don't like. (;

We have a high need for one of the following classes:
- Discipline/Holy Priest
- Restoration Shaman
- Mage

We will also consider:
- Mistweaver Monk
- Holy Paladin
- Any highly skilled ranged DPS class

If you do not see your class listed, you may still submit an application. Even though we may not be looking for your class specifically, we will always consider exceptional applicants!
