Cast Time addon - Prior to Casting

Hi All,

Does anyone happen to know if there is an addon that will print the cast time of spells in a seperate window Prior to casting the spell.

Basically I want to know when my Aimed Shot will be 1.3sec or under without having to mouse over the ability mid-combat.
