where do I sign up for Burning Legion? I would really like to be "evil guy" for once in the mmo game...so many gnomes to kill, so many cities to burn. It almost brings tears to my eyes. I would pay double for WoW if I could join evil club.

Horde is the evil faction and if you want to play as a truly evil character, pick undead.
