I'm Looking for an Icon Addon

Hi there...
I'm looking for an addon that will allow me to create spell icons at desirable size would be great if I could place them anywhere on my screen.

Tried Debuff Filter but it kinda didnt work :/

I wonder if OP means like an action button, rather than a status/notification...

If you mean an actual clickable action button, you're looking for either Bartender or Dominoes. If you want icons that give you information on cooldowns/procs/vengeance levels/etc you want TellMeWhen. Weak Auras is great as well for that purpose but it's a lot more indepth. TMW is fantastic if all you want is the ability to track things with icons. I personally use it for tons of stuff, for example I have icons right under my character that only show if my target has the corresponding DoT ticking on them, along with the spinning clock hand effect to show the remaining timer ticking down.
