General Info:

Operation Rush is a PvE focusing guild which has been around in one form or another since vanilla.

Raiding schedule: Wednesday,Thursday and Sunday Raiding time: 20.00-00.00 During progress we might extend our raid time.

Our ambition is to see all end game content and clear the new raids as fast as possible. We like to have fun while raiding, but since we don't raid more than 3 times a week for a couple of hours we do try to always play with max focus, so we can skip those unnecessary wipes.
The core in this guild are all irl friends, most of us know and have been playing with each other for a long time.

We aim for players to be friendly, mature and to be knowledgeable about their class, roll & spec.
We're always recruiting great players, so don't hesitate to apply if you think you got what it takes!

About the guild:

- Nationality: International (Mostly Scandinavian)
- Loot System: Loot Council
- Raiding Atmosphere: Quality raids while having fun and a lot of piss taking!
- Efficient raiding environment. Good progress in short time invested.
- Outside of our raiding schedule, different events are taking place in the guild. That being alt-raids, challenge modes, raids for old content etc. These are optional, but are contributing to a positive social relationship between our members.

Expectations:

- We expect and demand the very best from all our players. Before you apply make sure you have great understanding of the class you will be playing, that you are up to date with the current theorycrafting and can fully answer any questions we have regarding the choices you have made with your character.

- Make sure you have the dedication, and motivation to keep pushing it.

- Your ego should not be a problem. With a large roster, players will be put on the bench. Some classes are not good for an encounter, so you probably already have a fully geared alt character which can fulfill the requirements of the boss, or you will sit on the bench. If you are benched for a raid, or a boss, you are expected to be reachable during the raid, on mumble, or via your phone, and able to play within a few minutes.

- High attendance is required. Able to sign up in advance or post AFK times in advance. If you for some reason have a problem with comiting time, we are not interested in your application.

- As a community we are naturally competitive, this means you need to be socially capable and respond well to pressure of all kinds. While we do not endorse abusive behaviour, all raiders should be mature enough to be able to take some teasing and heat when situations arise. Raid spots are earned, not given.

- A mature community which values your life outside of WoW and will respect it, as you respect ours.
