buying a Guild wars 2 or not ?

I'm new here , I've got a question :
I wanna buy Guild Wars 2 but Im not sure that my CPU gonna be enough to play smoothly on LOW System requirements ?
Can anyone help me with this ?
It's my laptop maybe some1 is playing on similar one or the same .

That would probably play the game at low settings at around 30fps, I think? In general PVE, you should be fine.

Can i run game gw2 on 1024 x 768 resolution on my laptop 15.6" ??

My laptop is weaker than yours and runs the game poorly at about that resolution. GF's laptop runs it better than mine, but hers is also a quite old laptop.

I'm not a tech guru, but that resolution should work for the game on your laptop. Zergs might give you hell though.
