So, WITH all the talk about connected realms, is it enough ?
Decided to reroll today to a new server and had to decide which one to roll at.
This is what I encountered :
is there anything that going to happen to balance out those big realms ? Ravencrest ? Kazzak ? Twisting Nether ?
Meh, I'm not a big fan of PvP but the feeling of a populated world of both factions really helps with the atmosphere this game deserves.
I wonderi f this was ever discussed in Blizzard HQ..
The players themselves chose to make faction dominated realms. People could've decided to make balanced realms, but it's pretty clear a lot of people don't actually want that.
This. Particularly on PvP realms, people want to be the dominant faction. But even on PvE realms, once a particular faction begins to gain steam, it usually keeps on rolling, because players want to have guild/raid opportunities. Which is why Stormrage Alliance realm pop happened this year.
then whats the point with having 2 factions, and the entire storyline based on a war between 2 factions, if theres only 1 faction per realm ?
There is only ONE part of the game where the factions are in direct competition with each other these days and thats in Battlegrounds... not a single other part of the game will u compete with the opposite faction.
