bonus roll - bad luck streak reset

hi there,

i watched the blizzcon-livestream and there was a question about the bonusroll-system.
mmo-c just quoted it with:
"Bonus rolls will continue in WoD. LFR bonus roll doesn't impact your Heroic bonus roll. You can't roll 15 times and win nothing anymore."
He says more, but it was not even clear for me.

example:
i roll in SoO at Siegecrafter Blackfuse for t-token and pet - dont win
then i go do the lower tierraid ToT and roll at Primordius for the pet - and win

Does that win reset the "bad luck streak" for SoO too?

Ghostcrawler said on Twitter:
"The plan is per boss and separate for bonus rolls, but still working out the details." - so its not implemented yet?
Does it work at this moment per raidtier (so the art of coin is important)? or are the bonusrolls the same and resets for all tiers?
Do someone know or testet it?

During Q&A today it sounded like bonus rolls are tier specific

I've always felt like it was which is why I don't do LFR and sometimes flex on my mains.

Apparantly i can roll 12 times and not win anything tho...
So, guarenteed loot on sha of pride next reset?
