So many people would buy it that it would only make sense for Blizzard to do it. I pity the good players who are still subbed at that point getting into groups with these fresh 90s who have never played before. LOL

Whats the point of playing an mmorpg if you just buy an instant lvl 90? I dont get it.

If you find it boring, dont play.

Yknow what though? I'm for it. Each new expansion means it gets harder and harder to level up an alt to max. Outland, WotLK and Mists of Pandaria leveling is utter shit, and while I'll probably not pay for it (I have like 1 alt hurrdurr), I absolutely understand why some people would.

Do you have the class trinket? If so, the cast time is correct. /s

So they are thinking about it. You think it is a step too far down the pay to win road or simple convenience?
Blizzard would be silly not to put it in the cash shop, as it will sell like hotcakes. They have a playerbase that hates most of the content in the game, but seems willing to pay for it anyhow, so why not fleece them?

Laugh all the way to the bank, I say.

there'll be a option for it in the store, im fairly confident even though they said it hasnt been decided yet.

i imagine they would make a bunch of money from it, just like they will with all the people who will pay for the re-customization when they release new skins.

I don't like it too, especially when miss used. But people doing less than 20k dps in SoO LFR... I'm sorry but can't think of any other word than baddies.
They aren't casual or wathever you can call someone not playing to their max. They are just plain bad.

Leveling has become meaningless, it teaches you NOTHING - i met quite a few hunters who did not know they could REVIVE THEIR PET, instead they tamed a new one every time the old died...

5man dungeons and especially LFR teach you NOTHING, everyone who has played WoW can testify to the atrocious players they met in various end-game content - even players who had no clue what was the primary stat of their class (rogues with spirit+intel cloth).

Buying lvl90 characters is 100% harm free - and it is good for WoW's funding, not to mention it will bring even more players into the game if they can just buy a lvl90 for some cash and instantly play with their friends.

    think of this way -

would you rather buy the game again and go through the hassle of transfering characters between accounts

    or

would you just login and click "buy level 90 character" and be done with it?

I think they should introduce a lot of small stuff like this and maybe make them all $4.99, but a large quantity.

If someone wants to pay to skip useless content then let them.

It doesn't effect you or anyone else. They still have to level the relevant content too so who cares.

Much the same way as they have rolled over on botting with the new "followers", selling toons is about the only way that they will put the companies that are already doing so out of business.

I, for one, do not see an issue with buying a level 90. You still have 10 levels to go through, so you technically are not paying to win. What they are doing, is putting those shoddy power leveling sites out of business.
Will I buy one, all signs point to no. I will, however, take my free 90 with a smile and say "Thank you"

ppl already have 15 characters they arn't good at playing 15 more wont hurt

Very good point. More have one that they are not even remotely competent with. What will another hurt?

I think buying lvl 90s is pay to win. But it happens due to players can use that 'technically thing', buying new games and transferin characters and all. So can't really blame Blizzard here much.

What is so pay to win about it? With heirlooms it takes you roughly 2 days and xx hours in /played to do 1-90 (DK takes 1 day and xx hours) and if you got some elixir of ancient knowledge and some friends with 2 seater mounts you can 1-90 in 6-8 hours, this option just removes the boring part of getting a new character.

As for not learning the classes properly, please this game is so dumbed down at this point that it takes you literally 10 minutes to get a basic understanding of a brand new class. Go to icy-veins, read up on rotation priority and read the tooltips of your spells and do some 1+1, the rest will be trained into muscle memory from playing the game.

    >lvl botting is bad
    >paying us money for instant lvls is good

not that i would mind getting instant lvl 100 characters for pvp only. Kind of tired with the fotm bullshit. If everyone plays the same setup it would actually be balanced for once.

I can see why people wouldn't like this feature, but I'm more than okay with it. Even with the rehashed old word, which I have not finished on my alts, I am already bored with it.
