[H]<Better Call Saul> 13/14N Late night 2 day raid

Greetings! Better Call Saul is a late night 10 man raiding guild that runs a casual schedule or 2 nights! (Tues and Thurs 10-1230 Central time)

We started out fairly late into ToT and are still working out some tweeks with the raid group. Leadership consists of GM's/Officers of a Semi Hardcore raiding group in Wrath. Successful then we are back and looking to build up a solid roster for WoD! We fully plan on expanding to 25 man before the next expac drops.

While we are casual in schedule we expect raiders to
-Maintain 100% attendance (2 days and only 2 and a half hours, if you cant make that raiding is perhaps not for you but we understand real life emergencys do happen)
-Properly gemmed/enchanted
-Have ventrillo
-Ability to research your class main spec and offspec
-Reading up on encounters and understanding your role before stepping foot in the instance.

We are mainly looking for someone who just clicks with the group, we raid to get bosses down and have fun with each other while doing so. Not someone who shows up to just get loot for the week but someone to be part of a team and do stuff for the good of the team.

Current needs are
-Ele Sham
-Shadow priest
-Hunter
-Boomkin
-Any tank class

We'd like someone equivalently geared and to have there legendary cloak or atleast close to receiving it.
