... For 1200. Idk the motherboard but is this worth it? And how much would you pay for?

Used discount can be anywhere from 15-25%, so $1200 isn't the best deal. A lot depends whether the games are legit, how much they are worth to you, and if there's an aftermarket CPU cooler.
