This is a dead argument if you have nothing to contribute to the actual talents usefullness (Which is what you've argued before is useless).

I always argued and am continuing to argue it's usefulness from PVP point first and foremost.
This talent just makes Ret hit with mainhitter almost as hard as other classes' mainhitters hit NOW.
Which does not scream "usefulness" at all, since Ret already has a history of receiving what other classes had, but an expansiion or two, or 3, later.

Opinions differs, so there's no universal answer to that.
