    Help with upgrading.

I am looking to upgrade my computer before WoD launches, but am not sure where to start. I only play WoW so will not need components that play higher end games. I would like to be able to play on Great-Ultra, but don’t need Ultra for raiding, mostly would be for questing if anything. I know a little about computer components but am no expert, or even Advanced about it. My current specs are:
    Model: Dell Inspiron 546
    CPU: AMD Phenom 9650 Quad-Core 2.3 Mhz
    GPU: ATI Radeon HD 3200
    Ram: 4GB
I don't know if any other specs are important, if so let me know and I will post. I would like to not spend very much, possibly around $200, I know this is barely anything for upgrading, but I am not looking for a high end rig in the end, just enough to run WoW well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to start from scratch, really.

Seriously, not worth upgrading. Slam a cheap GPU like 7790 on it and save up money for a proper build.
