Skeer or Shadopan trinket for arms and fury?

Ask Mr Robot seem value Shado pan trinket by a large margin over 2/2 Upgraded LFR Skeers.
Is this really accurate?

I'd say skeer's is slightly better point for point, then it depends on wether you can follow the procs and stack it with other cds,cs etc.

The SPA trinkets get overvalued. If you're well over the 7.5% Expertise mark and you can't reforge Expertise into other things then its value diminishes. Don't know the exact diminishing rate for Warriors but DKs I believe is 4-5 dps per point over the 7.5% mark.

Considering the Skeer trinket is normal compared to the LFR trinket Broods was talking about, it is better to use that version of Skeer's that Roseby has over Shado-pan.

On topic: I would either just sim out both trinkets or, personally, use Skeer's overall.
