need help gearing upto Gear level 496+ (WW Monk)

Here my character profile in Nagrand and yet replaced few old monk set for timeless set (still farming timeless to get higher)

Since you mention that you know to get timeless gear and have gear from LFR, so I'll assume you know how that works, I'm not sure what your question is. Are you asking for someone to help you get gear? Asking for advice on how/where to get gear from? Asking if you've set your gear up the right way?

Get your free burden and use it. Make a timeless trinket and belt. You should be good to go for SoO LFR. You can also do ToT LFR if you wish.

Run ToT and SoO LFR to get gear, and start running Flex once you hit ilvl 510 or so. Try and get a weapon; getting a weapon upgrade will give you huge DPS increases.

Also i have the Screaming Tiger Polearm (just only need 1 more upgrade)
