noob question on Heroic boss availability.

So I got a question on heroic bosses and how they can be done. Are we allowed to do any Heroic boss in any order we want?

As in say my team does Immers, Protectors, and Norushen on normal, but we/the leader has not done Any of the past 3 bosses on heroic before. Will we be able to switch Sha to Heroic or do we have to do the previous bosses on Heroic first for that week or any week?

I'm pretty sure you can do them in any order aside from Garrosh. You'd have to have 13/14 Heroic dead that week to attempt him I believe.

You can do them any order you want.
You just change to normal when some boss is too troublesome. So if you have a lot of trouble with immersues you just move on to protectors, since it's much more of a "don't stand in bad", as you know.
You can do sha without taking the first 3 bosses before him on hc if you want to. I don't see any good reason to though, unless you still strugle on killing them.. You have plenty of bis gear for half your raid unless you have some very strange combo
