I got the staff off Galakras heroic version. I have arcweavers sword and jug offhand both normal upgraded. I lose a lot of crit going to staff, and had to reforge into haste to hit the cap. I'm leaning going back towards to mh/oh but i dunno. I don't like this staff.

Depends on how much you fistweave. Staff is better for fistweaving . Also hc > normal so your arguement is kinda non-existent.
Just use the best items you have (without destroying your breakpoints).

Disn't chech the exact stats, but heroic > normal no matter the secondaries

Ugh I hate how some of our secondary stats are awesome and some blow. I traded normal mh/oh with crit haste for heroic staff with spirit/mastery. Looking at it again last night the staff is 2k more spell power so ill end up using it. Damn staves.

Staves aren't that bad, they give you 40% melee attack speed, so Xuen can hit a little faster
