swapping bt4 profile

Hi guys.
Im currently using bt4 and i want to switch profiles between pvp and pve. I play both arms and prot and i want both arms and prot profiles for pvp and pve so i can use macros for pvp without having to spend 5 minutes before i go into pvp pve.
Any way to do that?

P.s. i heard something about templates but no idea what to do with it. Any ideas?
