It means Windows encountered an unhandled exception error from the app in question.

It is the runtime library for Microsoft Visual C.

Is there anything displayed in the "libraries" in Explorer?

Probably best to just go into the command prompt and run:

    sfc /scannow

To run the Microsoft System File Checker and restore corrupted system files.

C++ is basically the programming language which most games and much commercial software is written in. Windows is written in it as well.

This error sounds like one of your DLL files got corrupted. Do what Kulanae suggested and see if that fixes it.

Try running your PC in safe mode, I've noted that a corruption problem will fix itself after this.

Where do you have those? they look like installation files? They're different things though. Not only is one for 32 bit systems, but they're different revisions.

just did a search in the data folder after Microsoft visual C++ and those 3 were the result

Probably should leave them alone then. Did you delete anything else?

That's actually pretty normal actually. They're different revisions with changes, or additions. No worries there.

General advice: Never delete something unless you're certain you personally downloaded and installed it. And even then, it should be properly uninstalled before any deleting occurs.
